They need to ramp up fast. The food tastes great and the portions are ample. The menu is a good mix of South and North Indian cuisine, which is a refreshing choice. I hope they don't sink into the market standards of bad Chicken 65, reheated Naan and Mango Lassi. The Hyderabad has a refreshing simple menu, hope they keep it. Other than they need black tea and chai available at all times.
