This is why people love small business over dealerships! Honest, helpful, and indivualized car exams. And nice people work here!
Chad might be the rudest person ever allowed to answer the phone and represent a business. I would highly suggest the service as reliable options in the area are slim to none, just don't expect a friendly chat with Chad as he is unprofessional and prone to calling people liars.
I'm sold on this team. Ed and his group were fantastic - start to finish. From courtesy rides to winning quotes, I've never been more pleased with auto techs. A Prius to boot! We have a 2005 Prius and feel comfortable knowing we have a team at the ready should anything else be needed for our car.
