If I were you, I would stay away from this company and if possible I would give negative rating. When I called them, they told me 99$ to figure out the problem, but the technician gave 400$ bill on per hour basis and he couldn’t even figure out the problem. Out of those 4 hours, one hour he just wasted on creating reports and cleaning. Our HVAC was leaking water, so he just turned off the main water source and which just turned off our HVAC and charged us 400$ for this. Want to leave an honest review. The tech from The HVAC Service arrived fast and completed everything in a blink of an eye. My boiler had problems with strange noises coming when it worked, and I sought solutions online, however, found zero improvements. The HVAC service technician, I believe Matthew, checked the unit and told me that the issue was simply trapped air. Thank you for resolving it.
During our yearly furnace maintenance, their team was so polite and helpful. Really reassured me that everything was working just fine.
I gotta say, these guys really know what they're doing. Super smart, super reliable. A+ from me!
