The only things that are good about this place are the prices and the location. Those are the only reasons I'm giving 2 stars. However, the maintenance department has ignored a request for two weeks, there are ROACHES EVERYWHERE, Feral CATS EVERYWHERE, and TRASH EVERYWHERE!! IT IS GROSS!! You definitely get what you pay for. The office staff are nice when you're there, but they say they are going to do things, and never do them. I'm leaving this Godforsaken Hell Hole as soon as my lease is up.
Our apartment has been without hot water for over 2 months, and management still hasn’t fixed the issue. This is completely unacceptable. We have sent multiple complaints, but nothing has been resolved. The manager is extremely disrespectful and refuses to properly address concerns. We have been without hot water in our apartment for more than two months, and management still hasn’t fixed it. We submitted several complaints, but nothing has been done. Worst place ever I have been living a nightmare so just a warning my bed room has flooded about 8 times wet carpet smells so bad I have gotten sick maintenance has been back and forth no fix then they fix it and bam I have another leak , shoot outs at 4 am have me jumping out of my bed on to the floor for cover hoping a stray bullet don’t hit me in the head , and the list goes on worst decision I’ve taken in my life to live here
