Do move near building 1 it’s hella noisy over there!!!!!!! My floor literally vibrates because of how loud music is over here. My body should not feel the effect of vibrating through my sofa. There’s no point of complaining to the office anymore they obviously know it’s an issue due to them sending out emails about noise violations, but literally does NOTHING about them. The property is clean and quiet. When you put in a work order, they care about your needs. The staff is amazing courteous, respectful prompt miss.mrs.Andrea the management is amazing. You don't have to worry about homeless people. Lottering, or anyone breaking into your car or trash? All over the property the valet trash pick up is amazing And the upgrades are outstanding
If I could give a zero I will be so glad to do that my first months of staying here I battle with roaches and rats and this was because I had some uncovered holes in my apartment and it took the a long time before they could attend to this issue. Also now my AC has been bad for almost a month now and they haven’t done anything all they keep telling me is the part as been ordered and they don’t have an ETA for 2 weeks now and we all know how Texas is hot it’s so crazy I can’t even cook in my apartment cause the house gets way... read more
Living at the Huxley Apt. Has been pleasure...the maintance people are very friendly and the manager Ms.Andrea is a very helpful and friendly christian lady. She's always willing to help you if ever needed. Maintance is prompt and always get things done. R. McBride.
