I recently toured The Huxley, and it was honestly our dream apartment! Even though it doesn’t have a ton of amenities, the huge party room really stood out. The building is pretty new, and the units are modern, spacious, and beautifully designed. Parking in the garage is limited, but there’s plenty of street parking nearby. I have love living at the Huxley! Everything is fixed quickly and the staff, especially Sydney, are so friendly and helpful! It was a joy chatting with her at the end of the day when I passed the office on my way to my apartment. She will really be missed!
Enjoying our time living at The Huxley! The staff is amazing, especially Sydney! She’s warm and bubbly alway greeting us as we leave or coming home. She’s a joy to have in the building! Maintenance crew is prompt and issues get resolved quickly! The building hosts a variety of events throughout the year to build community. Love living here!
Sydney was amazing to work with. From giving the rundown at the beginning as prospective tenants, to handling day to day issues, as well as conflict resolution. This place wouldn't be the same without her.
I lived here for a year and change and found the overall experience mediocre at best. My apartment was filthy when I moved in (dirty floors, a layer of dust on my walls and above my cabinets) and every call and email to management was ignored, despite me having filled out the move-in checklist and noting items. I ended up hiring professional cleaners on my own dime. The windows don't open in a manner that allows airflow, so my unit was frequently around 85 degrees in the Spring/Summer months.
