The apartment is located in a nice area, lots of convenient items like gyms, grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Dahzia and Sydney from the leasing office, as well as Vicente and Rey from maintenance have all been very friendly and made the move-in process super smooth!
adding my 1 year follow-up review — this is the best apartment i’ve ever stayed at. the building is new and keeps feeling new thanks to rey and vicente’s tireless work. i also always feel welcome and greeted by the lovely dahzia and sidney at the front desk. this place rocks, thank you all for everything
I’ve waited to make this review to make sure it is as accurate as possible. We have now been here since March and it has been a great experience. The front office really cares about tenants and they make an effort to make everyone feel special each month. I look forward to seeing the monthly news letter & they often have cute little treats in the lobby. I lived at the Huxley for several years and loved it. The staff is super friendly and responsive. I have loved living there. Chris and Vincente in particular are invested in the safety, security, and comfort of their residents. The trust those two created in the Huxley for me made all the difference in my decision to resign my lease year after year.
This has been the best move-in experience I’ve ever had! Thanks especially to Dahzia and Chris. I am so happy to be living here. I have been here for two months now. very warm atmosphere. Safe. It feels like a community of people wanting to live & retreat to the quiet comfort of their homes. The management and staff are wonderful. Dahzia, the manager is such a kind and compassionate person.
