Undependable - didn’t show up or call for the appointment to let me know they weren’t coming.
There is a reason they have been in business this long. I asked about some issues with my business unit this morning. The unit is old and Hutchens has never serviced it before. There were 2 guys out here by lunch looking at it. They were professional and efficient. I expect to see a quote in the next day or two. I hope it all works out and I will use them for this and all my future AC/HVAC/Plumbing needs. Good job gentlemen! UPDATE! The unit is repaired and I am extremely happy.
