We went to take a look at a unit for rent today, it was clean and well managed. The property manager Mark was very helpful, he patiently went through all of the details and did a thorough walkthrough of the place. We appreciate his service and efforts. The apartment featured great amenities and everything was well maintained.
Here I am again , writing about the customer service . It is always consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. While living here almost 9 years, the Centurion staff provide me with the best customer experience. This past weekend had several maintenance problems that were not an Emergency….. the hinge on toilet seat broke off , kitchen faucet was leaking and rack on fridge door broke into, so I waited till Monday morning to email maintenance requests.
