Very friendly staff & residents. Clean, Quite building and neighbourhood with many wonderful spaces both inside & outside. Plenty of activities for residents to enjoy, such as chair yoga and coffee or tea with the neighbours. Pet friendly with well maintained walking paths. Spacious apartments In unit laundry a plus + A guest rental suite is available And much more!
During the almost 9 years I have lived here, I have seen superintendent/maintenance help come and go. Our latest superintendent/maintenance man, Mark is phenomenal. When Mark receives a maintenance request he calls and schedules a time that is good for him to come do the repairs, which is a day or two, and fixes everything at that time. A very respectful, knowledgeable and polite young man. Very happy to have him as one of our property teams. Kudos to you Mark!! :)
I had a very wonderful experience touring the property with the help of Mark. While having a great sense of humour, he was extremely welcoming and very thorough with the information he gave.
Mark did a great job switching the swing of my fridge and freezer door. Thank you so much Mark!
