This property is maintained very well. I stayed here for over a year, couldn't be happier with the way they keep up on maintenance. Everything is very functional and clean. Mark is an amazing guy to deal with, he's the best building manager ever, responds swiftly when needed and get things done right away.
I had a great experience living in this apartment. The property was clean, well maintained, and in a convenient location. Any maintenance requests were handled promptly, and management was professional and responsive throughout my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and I enjoyed the amenities and overall atmosphere.
Stayed for 8 nights in the guest suite at The Huntington during my time in the HRM region touring Halifax. Really clean suite and really clean building. Suite comes stocked with all amenities. Highly recommend if coming down to Halifax region as it's close to the ferry terminal that has free parking and ferry takes minutes to Halifax downtown. Shout out to Mark and Shaima for making our stay comfortable and tending to our needs.
Very friendly staff & residents. Clean, Quite building and neighbourhood with many wonderful spaces both inside & outside. Plenty of activities for residents to enjoy, such as chair yoga and coffee or tea with the neighbours. Pet friendly with well maintained walking paths. Spacious apartments In unit laundry a plus + A guest rental suite is available And much more!
