Jose Chavez does a great job assisting with maintenance work. Always prompt and efficient, he's also very cordial. Today he fixed my kitchen drawer, fixed my toilet, and a light switch so fast! He's a keeper.
Rent is way too high and I do wish I looked around more before settling with this place. Base rent for a studio is more than most people mortgage per month. No parking. $160/month for 2 parking spots that are uncovered. So you can add extra 40$ for car washes. Here’s where I get actually frustrated. 2nd month in a row there 3rd party utility company has charged me $215 for “vacant” service fees. Elisabeth in the main office is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and very patient. I always ask for her when I have a question or concern. She takes the time to address my concerns and quickly resolves them. That is a very important quality to have when you are dealing with so many peoples concerns/questions. I appreciate her. Jose, who is in charge of maintenance is wonderful as well. He is always pleasant and always there when you need him. We never had to wait for him if we had an issue.
