Excellent customer service and the diets really work. I am glad to say that I have been losing weight and the diets have been working. I am so excited to see the final results.

The program was very beneficial. At first I was very skeptical. Especially when I was given information that I was eating to subside pain, and not because I just had a big appetite. I don't know where I would be today if I never returned for another visit. As time passed with every session that truth became more and more clearer of my unhealthy patterns when it came to dealing with my problems.
Lauren Rocks!! Great program. Lost 40 pounds on their program. Very well laid out program. I had tried a lot of weight loss programs which barely worked. But this is a painless way of loosing weight if you can do it.

This has been a really positive experience. It has truly made me connect with a part of me I didn't know existed and helped me reconnect with a part of mt true self. It has also give me the tools to keep improving & knowing that inner peace.
When I began this program I felt lost and overwhelmed with my life. I feel I have gained more than I thought I could. I have found a way to enjoy and love my life and myself. Food is no longer and enemy. I never knew I was such a good person.
Taking care of myself. – As a nurse, I thought I knew it all. Going to the Hungry Heart was enlightening, because knowing what I should eat, was very different than actually eating it. I felt like I could write a book in what we should all be doing, yet why couldn't I do it. The stress in my life was eating away at me. I now manage stress with healthy tools, give myself a break when needed, and listened to my internal voice. As someone always taking care of others, it is great to finally take care of myself.
