Got 6 coffees a couple weeks ago. One was almond milk , decaf Mexico mocha. When the person this was for tasted it there was nothing but the almond milk , it was not consumed. The problem was next time I went to HB I mentioned the problem and the gal even remembered the order and me. No refund just sorry. Hi Linda - thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear you got an incorrect drink and an incorrect response to a replacement. Our policy is to always replace a drink when a customer lets us know on the day it occurred. After that we always give 1.00 off. I'm not sure why that did not happen. The reason for the 1.00 off policy after the fact is that unfortunately for drive thru coffee shops - we get scammed a lot by folks wanting to capitalize on receiving a free drink. Having only recently moved to Vancouver, this has become my daily stop! The main reason is the friendliness of the staff! These girls (and one guy!) always ask about my day and always put a smile on my face! They are part of my "community" and have made me feel very welcome here in the 'Couv! Oh, and the coffee is great too!!
I think it's by far the best one around the girls are always amazing get to know you by name and have your drinks ready fast no matter the time of the day and are alway very friendly I enjoy the place and service very much
I have been going here since they opened, great drinks great prices and definitely the best customer service. They all know your name and what you drink which is awesome
We've been going here since it opened, the quality has been going downhill for awhile but today's drinks are beyond disgusting! We both ordered the special, Irish Cream Breve...1 hot & 1 iced...and they both taste like old, watered down coffee. There isn't even a hint of Irish Cream. We will be going all the way into Orchards for Black Rock from now on!
My favorite coffee place! Inexpensive, great tasting, fast service and super friendly! They know my name and my drink order!
Love my girls at the human bean! And the owner Brian is the best! :) I feel like they truly are my friends!
