A great grab and go coffee spot. The staff are so kind and helpful if you have questions about the menu. And in the summer, they have such a cute little patio with tables and umbrellas as well as a few Adirondack chairs and connect four!
Found "The Human Bean" on our long drive home from Texas while passing through St. Joseph Missouri, last Monday, then realized there is a location here & visited it Thursday evening. Excellent all around--thanks for the refreshment & extra espresso beans, too! (:K
