I absolutely love all the staff here, they go out of the way to make you feel like family. Every item has been amazing. I can't get over how good the customer service is, it is so hard to find good customer service, but they are amazing. So blessed to have found this little treasure. I go every day. Love it.

I went in and asked for 2 large vanilla lattes without the chocolate covered espresso beans as I am allergic to chocolate. However when I am handed my drinks they have the beans on them, and I asked for my drinks to be remade due to cross-contamination/allergy protection and was told no. I will not be doing business with the human bean anymore.
Wind for a couple of items. I was the first person in line. Waited almost 20 minutes for one item, then was told to go park and they would bring out the other one. I realized they were going to go through the rest of the line before they would bring out my second item and so I had to leave without getting it because I would have been late to work. There is no reason why I should be waiting 20 minutes for something when I was literally the only person there.
