I can’t believe I have never tried this place before, especially living walking distance from it… crazy lol. Awesome place! Awesome drinks, awesome flavor. We were on our walk yesterday, Wednesday around 2 pm. No vehicles on the drive thru yet, so we just walked up to the window. I got the Caramel Granita with oat-milk, it is like medium sweet drink, nice and refreshing. The girl at the window was so patient, great suggestions, excellent customer service. Will have to come by more often!
They forgot several items from a delivery order. When I called, they said that I’d have to pay for a second delivery for them to send the missing items. No sense of customer service to penalize the customer for an error made by the shop.
