Stopped by The Human Bean in Carrollton while I was in the area for business and was pleasantly surprised. The strawberry smoothie was refreshing, delicious, and perfectly balanced. The staff was friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. I also had the chance to meet the owner, who was an absolute delight. Drove 30 minutes from Richardson at 5AM for nothing I had been looking forward to trying The Human Bean for weeks. I had my whole order ready — a Hot Mexi Mocha and a Frozen Hot Chocolate — and convinced my partner to make the drive all the way from Richardson to the Carrollton location first thing in the morning. We left at 5AM because Google clearly lists that as your opening time. Got there and the place was completely dark. Closed. Not a soul in sight. Does not open at 5am. Currently 6:16 AM and had to turn around becasue it is CLOSED.
Pulled up on Sunday at 630am and no one is there, the store is closed. There's a sign on the window that says they open at 6am
