With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients.

If I could go every day, I absolutely would—but unfortunately, there just aren’t enough locations around. Their coffee is amazing, and the little touch of adding an espresso bean on top is such a special detail that makes the experience even better. They truly go above and beyond, and if you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend stopping by. You’ll love it!

I took my son to the Human Bean in Georgetown and he absolutely loved the the sandwiches he got and we both enjoyed the drinks we chose! We will definitely be back….we would love to have one closer to us in Cedar Park…so if corporate sees this…Cedar Park, Texas needs one!!!!
I usually get the matcha latte (with lavender foam) or the chai latte. They are always delicious and perfectly sweetened. I also love the little coffee chocolate they put on the top of the lid. It’s like a little appetizer before I drink my drink. The staff is always very sweet and helpful!!
