Today Sunday Aug 16 was the WORST visit ever to the Human Bean 15 wait, tried to charge me for some one else’s order… then my cold brew cold foam coffee order was completely wrong! So frustrating.
Wish they would add an online ordering option. Every time I come I end up wasting my money because they're out of half their drinks, and tell me we can "try sugarfree" or "olipop" Tastes horrible. I wish I could get my money back or they could TELL people theyre out before I drive there and spend money. I'm moving and this was my last chance of getting my absolute favorite drink that they never have. I wish I could get refunded.
