This place is sensational. I don’t miss a single day without my Bean drink. Between their extremely flavorful hot coffees and their amazing frozen coffees, they also have an energy drink called a Bright—and it works better than any canned energy drink I’ve tried. Great espresso! We were excited to see something unique here - they give a chocolate covered espresso bean with each drink! Yum!
The drink was great, the service was great, however, I overheard who I think was the manager or senior barista, speak to the server very rudely and unprofessional. From my understanding, the server(barista seemed to be fairly new) was not clear in how to make a drink. The senior personnel talked down to the server in front of the customers and took over the task out of frustration, forgetting they were once a new, learning member of the staff. Very disappointing.
Great local coffee shop. Great service and great coffee.
