Really inviting place. They make the best white mocha of any place i have tried, thus far.
They filled it so full it leaked and spilled all over me and my white shirt. At work I’m sitting here with hot coffee in my lap. Had to pour some in a separate cup just to throw it away because it was spilling everywhere. When I called to complain they just offered a refund even though I specifically asked to speak to a manager. This is not ok I’m literally having to wash my clothes in the company bathroom and the coffee burnt my lap. WTH!
We were really disappointed with our visit today. The coffee was served cold, and by the time we got halfway through it, we decided to go somewhere else just to get a hot cup. When we mentioned it to the staff, instead of offering to replace it, they recharged us full price for another cup—even though the first one was cold to begin with. That’s just poor service. If a business serves a cold drink that’s supposed to be hot, they should make it right without charging the customer
Way better than Starbucks! I’m obsessed with their caramel hazelnut mocha! I wish there was more around SE Portland but it’s worth the drive.
Love the coffee there and the smells are great.
