Service was great
Depending on when you go, the service is usually good. Coffee is very good!
We can't say enough good things about The Human Bean! The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming, they truly make every visit a great experience. On top of that, they've been so generous supporting our summer reading program with donations, which has made a meaningful difference in our community. It's clear they genuinely care about the people they serve. Highly recommend stopping by for both great customer service and a business that gives back!
I love going to The Human Bean! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, it really makes my day every time I stop by. My kids got coupons for participating in the local library’s reading program, and they loved them! It’s awesome to see a place that not only has great drinks but also gives back to the community. Definitely one of my favorite spots!
Drinks were fine until we had a piece of plastic in one. I’m sure it’s packaging but not comfortable drinking something after pulling an unknown wrapper out of it. Tried calling to let them know and no one answered several attempts.
