I had The Hug Group Pest Control come out for a Wasp problem, and Hammond Mansoor did an excellent job. He arrived on time, handled everything safely, and was friendly and professional throughout. They are gone, and I’m very happy with the service. I’d definitely recommend them!
Hammond is great — he responded immediately, quickly removed the wasps and their nest, and explained the process for preventing them in the future.
I’ve been dealing w Hammond for years and can’t say enough about how great this company is. Living right downtown means dealing w rats and he is on point w keeping the bait boxes topped up so I can enjoy the outdoor space. Thank you SO much Hammond!!
Hammond was very informative before, between, and after treatments. He made a very stressful situation easier to deal with by providing good information and advice and we were able to prevent a bigger problem thanks to him. This was the second time we needed pest control over a few years and HUG was great for both issues.
I highly recommend their professionalism. I had a wasp problem on my backyard & asked if they could do anything more effective than what I have already done. They told me honestly what they can do and what not. I really appreciate their honesty and professionalism & will not hesitate to contact if any pest issues comes up.
