The staff are usually pretty nice. Yet i have had packages go missing and look for weeks and then after begging the staff to figure out what happened they randomly appear opened in the package room. Multiple times i have seen hids smoking weed in the parking lot and they didnt do anything about it and they are people that dont live at the hue. Also walked into couples having sex in the garage. The rent is the most expensive out of all the apartments because we are scad students. Along with takes about two weeks for trash pic... read more

The Hue is great. You are getting an entirely furnished apartment with staff that are people just like you. If you are nice, then they are nice! They help with whatever they can and are always hosting fun events even under Quarantine.
My sophomore daughter is in a two bedroom unit and loves it. She can walk to her one class and even downtown if she wants. She has a car which is great to get everywhere else. Only negative is package delivery is unreliable- they need to work on how they manage that system. Have had lots of issues.
If you like your own space the Hue is prefect. You have a private bathroom and bed room. Everything you need!
I like the living area but I can't stand the people that live above me I am constantly having to tell them to lower the volume and they don't care at all, I can't run on 5 hours of sleep ever night. I am getting charged for the electric when me and my two other roommates aren't even there. Also, the wifi is really crapping and I am always using my data thank god for unlimited. I can't even make phone calls without being off wifi.
Would give them 1 star To expensive for what you get. the facilities are dirty in the hallways and garage. You can clearly tell when doing construction they didn’t use high-quality supplies and things break often. The gates are often broken leading in any one of the streets. Has issues with staff being nasty or disrespectful. Would not recommend.
The Hue has a 3.6 star rating with 440 reviews.
The Hue is open now. It will close at 5:00 p.m.
