I’ve been here since the end of April. Great communication from staff in the leasing office. everything I put maintenance request in for was fixed in a timely manner. I see other reviews about roaches. I had them when I first moved in they wasn’t really bad but I got my own stuff to get rid of them and haven’t seen many since. But this is an apartment complex so your neighbors might have them or may not be cleaning properly to keep them away. But overall my experience has been great. This apartment is just like Greenpoint and Broadway complex. Exactly like GREENPOINT ! Complex is total !
If you are considering moving here don’t. Don’t fall for the price. There are better options in the area. The apartment is roach infested but the leasing office lack of care for your health and safety makes it worst.
