I lived here for about a year, here’s what’s happened to us. Before we moved in, they had a months notice to prepare and get the unit ready for move in. On arrival, the unit had roaches, visible mold as well as the thick smell of mold, and the toilet came LITERALLY pre used. No, they did not flush before we came. 0 Stars. I’m going to try to keep this short. While I did not live here, I frequently visited my sister and her husband while they lived at The Hudson at Westchase for about a year. Here are a list of the problems this complex has that all potential lessees should know. 1. Severe roach infestation. 2. Severe rat infestation. 3. Severe mold growth in every unit.
