Had I written this review a week ago, it would have been zero stars because of the abysmal customer service and the impossibility of being able to get a hold of anyone at this location. I finally went to the Core Spaces website and found someone that way, and I'm glad I did because I was able to connect with Makenlee, who saved the day with her efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help. The customer service experience with this company is absolutely atrocious. You can’t get anyone on the phone or to call you back and the website, even the residence portal doesn’t have access to the things you need. The place is beautiful, my daughter is excited to move in, but the customer service is completely underwhelming.

We have not moved our daughter into the Hub yet, but Makenlee is one of their best employees. She was extremely knowledgeable when we did our tour over parents weekend in the fall. We called recently and were fortunate that she answered the phone. She was able to help with early move in timing, room dimensions, what needs to be purchased for the apartment and even followed up with links. She is a tremendous asset to the HUB!

The Hub has great amenities such as pool, hot tub, nice gym, study rooms, etc. Due to some unforeseen circumstances I am having to relet my lease next term but was able to navigate the process very smoothly due the the big help of the manager Briana. She was able to explain the entire relet process with clarity to me and assisted in resolving any complications.
