RecommendedThey did a great job with my laptop! I work and do schoolwork all from my laptop, and it stopped charging. They ordered and replaced the part that was needed. Unbelievably quicker than the time frame Best Buy gave me, wonderful customer service, and they even put a rush on it for me (for a fee but more than worth it for me). They offer free diagnostic and was able to find the issue and was told how much it would cost to repair. Another issue was found and was corrected and my quote stayed the same. Jacob communicated with me through the whole process keeping me up to date. Great company great prices. Will recommend to others.

I highly recommend The Hub Computer Repair in Conroe. Jacob is great. He definitely knows computers and is professional and caring. We thought our computer had completely crashed but Jacob was able to get it working again while backing up documents and pictures that we thought were lost. Had to take it in again recently thinking it may need a new battery. Jacob checked it out and realized it just needed a new power chord. Saved me money.
