The Hub is a great shop for your bike’s maintenance needs I have been traveling multiple times here in the Westlake, Thousand Oaks and Camarillo areas and encountered blown tires on my tubeless wheels, punctured tubes on my tube wheels and other random drivetrain problems. The Hub always makes time to get my bike in and get me back on the road quickly. Highly recommended shop!
Had a rim issue which caused me to hike out. Brought my rim and tire into shop and Jacob and the boys had me back on my bike in 20 minutes.
Travis and Jeff deliver great service each time I bring my bike in, and provide good value. Love the new location, too!
I recently bent my bike seat and took it in to get adjusted, unsure if I would need to buy new parts. Travis examined the bike, gave a few suggestions, then went to work on it. He could have told me to buy new parts and charged me money, but instead he spent 10 minutes adjusting the bike himself, completely free of charge. He gave some advice for what I can do in the future. He was informative and kind. I had a great experience!
