The Hub is what the “good old days” were about. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They love what they do and it shows! The work is done right the first time. It’s such a relief to have an honest, family owned business to care of my vehicle!

Friends on Facebook recommended I give Hub Automotive a call when I was facing an expensive air conditioner repair on Ford Focus. Hub saved me several hundred dollars compared to the amount initially quoted to me by a national chain (Entire front dash had to be removed to replace the evaporator). Hub was delightfully friendly and did great work. I am thrilled to find a reliable and locally owned mechanic in Midtown. When my car has new problems to fix, I'll be back at Hub!

The Hub is the best! If you feel like you get suckered into unnecessary repairs at national chains, whose salespeople push you into approving those repairs with fear tactics, then this is the place for you. Jennifer and Andrew are honest and knowledgeable and can be trusted to do only what is necessary. Great and fast service at reasonable prices. Owning a 14y old Mini Cooper in Memphis can be quite tricky to find specialized and experienced shops. This was definitely the place to go!! Needed an oil and filter change, fuel cap replacement, brake pad light check and steering checked for noise. Within a few hours they called back explaining all they were able to fix in the car, quoted me for the steering fixing which was not an immediate concern and even noticed my brake lights were always on because of faulty wiring. Checked out the car I was interested in buying to make sure everything was fine. Great, fast service. They were very frank and honest with me about whether or not I should buy this car, which was very helpful. I trusted their opinion and bought my first car!
