I had an awesome experience working with Kay during the leasing process. I had a ton of questions and she was always patient, professional, and took the time to answer everything. And I also really appreciated how transparent she was and that she actually did what she said she would do. My experience with management has been frustrating. My dishwasher hasn’t worked for two months, and issues I’ve reported haven’t been resolved. The trash chute also regularly overflows, causing an unpleasant smell. The gym and rooftop are nice, but the ongoing maintenance and communication problems have made living here difficult.
A month since I moved into their property and things have been smooth. The tour, signing up, and living in the property has been very comfortable. No issues with anything as of today. I've gotten quick responses from the property management regarding any questions, payments. I do recall having trouble with the elevator on the day of moving in, which they resolved fairly quickly. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for one.
My husband and I are making a move from Philly to Brooklyn and the management group has made the process so easy! From touring to the application process and getting ready for our move , they’ve been amazing.
