We had the pleasure of working with Kay and she was amazing! From the beginning she was very friendly and communicative. She made touring fun and easy and was ready to answer any questions we had, and I have to mention, I loved her willingness to be honest and transparent. I would definitely recommend working with her, she'll be a cheerleader throughout the entire process. Thank you for helping us find our new home Kay!
If I could give less than one star I would. They are a terrible management group, I was a tenant at Harbison’s for four years and during that time I had multiple huge holes in my ceiling that took over a year to fix. The building is constantly implementing new “services” that add charges to your rent with no warning or options to opt out. The gym equipment, elevators and grills are constantly broken and not being worked on. Currently a tenant at Jasper House Mice and roaches! If I had the ability to break my lease today I would! When I first moved in these issues weren't a problem. We have a property manager who is responsible for several buildings which can be overwhelming I get that, but HOW GROUP/Jasper House needs to do BETTER. They hired an assistant manager to help with overload but the building still LACKS in many ways! The building has ONE maitenance employee who is responsible for all problems in the building.
