EDIT JULY 2025: leaving my original 4 star review below from January 2025. HOWEVER, things have gone downhill. We have a new property manager who is giving tours and leasing, but absent when established residents need her. I have been trying to receive assistance from her/the leasing office of HOW in general for 2-3 weeks and they helped at first, then have ghosted me with my issue not yet resolved. The How Group is awesome I have been working with them for years! Amazing group of people!
We were tenants at the lofts at abigail vare. The worst experience. Once moved out they don't respond to you in a timely manner and ignore your emails Living in your building was hands down the worst experience we have had. First couple months the elevator not working even though you said it was rare that the elevator was down before we moved in and it was down for almost three months. Management is TERRIBLE. Once you've moved in, forget ever reaching anyone in the office. Weeks for important repairs (Brown water dripping from unit above onto the toilet), no cleaning of building common areas, etc. Run.
I’ve had a really positive experience living here. The property management team is friendly and responsive. Nate, in particular, has been amazing — friendly, helpful, and quick to address any concerns. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel this supported. The building is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I’m happy to call this place home!
