By far the worst property management group I've lived with in Philadelphia. I moved into one of their properties last year and have had issues from move-in day, starting with them sending me the wrong door code in my move-in email. I waited 3 hours with my movers in my apartment building's hallway before a maintenance technician was sent to come reset the code. I was later told that the on-call technician I spoke with on the phone at the time failed to report the lockout issue to his maintenance manager, so I had to call 3 t... read more
