Service is impeccable! First, we received an upgrade to the Conceirge level, yay! Second, we forgot our iPad at the Olivette but didn't realize until the following morning. When we called and gave them the description, 2mins later, security called and brought the iPad to us. Another thing that impressed us is the turn down service - on our second night, after seeing that we are using the sofa bed for our 5yr old, they set that up too, exactly the way we did it! :-)
