Infectious disease specialist, Dr. Edward Septimus, helped the Club institute a meticulous protocol that has made re-opening safe and effective. Amazing trainers and group exercise instructors. The extensive choices for group exercise cover all areas of fitness and well being while being taught by the best instructors and trainers in Texas. During the hard times our country continues to face, The Houstonian Club made sure their members could continue to exercise from home.

Group exercise classes are my Go To daily work out. The entire campus is not only beautiful but friendly, professional and relaxed.
