Amazing customer service. Fitness center is first class all the way - my daughter and I tried 6 different group classes and loved them all - fantastic instructors. At the hotel, the chef and concierge took amazing care of my daughter who can't have gluten, sending special gourmet items up to the concierge lounge for her. All around amazing place to stay!
