As a Veteran. The program has its ups and downs. The up is when vets complete their program cycle they become vouchers to seek housing. Now the clock starts ticking. 90 days to find a place to stay. I would say a DECENT place to stay but that's asking allot. We can go off and fight for this country but, we can't live in decent areas without some type of daily crime taking place.
