I have never left a bad review but I am so disappointed in this salon I feel like it’s necessary. I was on the waitlist to get a Brazilian blowout and I got a text last Friday saying there was a cancellation for Saturday. I was so excited and jumped on the opportunity. I let my dog out while I was getting ready to leave for my appointment and he got stung by a wasp or bee and had a major allergic reaction. I immediately had to run him to the emergency vet. I’ve been dying my hair with Kiki for over 2 years now. When I go with her she gets it right every time! The salon has such a beautiful atmosphere and the staff are always amazing! I feel good being there and I also feel great when I walk out of there! I am amazed how she got me to this color. Considering I had previously dyed my hair red and had blonde before that. I debated posting about this until multiple other people have brought up my haircut and are wondering what happened. The salon is beautiful and the people are nice so I will give them that. However i went in for a haircut to just take an inch or two off the ends and get some layers in front (not all around since my hair is thin). The only real “layer” i have starts halfway back on my scalp for some reason so i have a really short later that cant be tied into a low bun and just sticks out.
