I drive from Fayetteville for the delicious dishes, atmosphere and awesome customer service. I took my friend last night for her first time and it was delicious as usual. We had the shrimp and grits for an appetizer, she had the clobster cakes for her entree, and I had the glazed salmon. We also took some pound cake for the road. Server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. I love it there and will definitely return.
OMG! Came to Aberdeen from Raleigh area for a friend's celebration. Stumbled on House of Fish after seeing it on Trip Advisor. Unassuming and not much to look at from the outside. Didn't know what we were getting into. Best restaurant experience we've had in quite a while! Great service! Lots of interaction with the owner/manager/chef, Danny, who said, "I'm gonna feed the hell out of you!". And, man, did he ever! My family has been visiting from TX and we heard this place was really good. Decided to give it a try on a Saturday night about 7:45 pm. The place was very busy but that sure didn’t stop the friendly servers from welcoming us right on it the doors � The atmosphere was great, music was great, servers were awesome �, and the food...well let’s just say it was off the chain...the bomb dot com...it was well worth the wait! Great food with a great atmosphere! I love that Danny checked on us after we were served. Our waitress was very attentive. We had a large party and everything came out as ordered. We will be back!

If you love quality seafood in a great atmosphere, then House of Fish is the place to be!!! Owner Danny Hayes is a master culinary genius who takes soul and seafood to create some of the best dishes known to man. House of Fish has become a second home for me; and if you stop by then you will know why!!!
I went to HOF for the first time when I was in town for my line sister's funeral. The owner hosted my sorors and me for dinner after the wake service. The entire staff was so accommodating and pleasant. They made our visit really nice. The food was amazing. It even tasted good the next morning. I had the grilled scallops and fried flounder combo with a side salad and sweet potato fries.
Had the best time here. Felt very welcomed and the food was excellent. Thank you for being so wonderful to my line sisters and me. I will most definitely be returning to eat here again!!!
