I directly emailed Sharifa (the owner), and asked if she had a specific wedding gown in stock. She assured me that they had the gown in stock and I drove from Paso Robles (3.5 hrs) specifically to try on that gown, which was a front runner in my wedding dress search. To my dismay, when I arrived, Sharifa was on the phone and did not greet me, and she beckoned for me to look at a random dress by the same designer.
