Came here to celebrate after an audition right next door today and WOW. This bar is absolutely gorgeous. Rustic, classy. It looks like one of those studies you see in old mansions with dark wood, molding, etc. It was right up my alley. I haven’t seen anything like it before. Just a fantastic look and atmosphere. I love it. Excellent service and drinks. Very accommodating and polite staff. So worth it! Will definitely visit the city again for the Houndstooth.

Went for drinks and prices were reasonable
Stopped here for lunch. It was busy with lunching New Yorkers and tourists. We got seated quickly. Server was prompt. Menu selection was varied. I had French onion soup. It was as good as any I tasted in Paris. Followed by medium rare tuna salad. Fresh tasty and delicious. 30 mins later all the locals returned to work and the place chilled out.
