The location is fantastic!! The lobby is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. However, there wasn’t even a refrigerator in what they called a “suite”! Also the beds were incredibly uncomfortable.
We had a lovely corner room with 3 windows that opened for air. Very interesting lobby, great location right in the middle of Manhattan , walking distance for us from the train station. Not for the modern types, hotel has character , staff friendly. Coffee and muffins nice in the morning. We will be back!
We received an upgrade! The bed was so comfortable and the was staff awesome! It's a beautiful hotel and was within walking distance to everything! Penn Station, shopping and sightseeing! We would absolutely stay again!
RecommendedThis is a reasonably priced, beautiful hotel conveniently located in midtown Manhattan. I stayed there for one night unexpectedly because of a storm and really enjoyed it.
