I come to a 4 star hotel in Newport RI for a wedding and you can’t even use the sink. Currently on our second room of the night. The first rooms AC didn’t work. The second one has a sink so small that you cannot get close enough to it to brush your teeth or wash your face. You have to brush your teeth in the shower. I have never seen anything like it. Spent 2 nights here mid May after the remodeling and reopening of the hotel for a romantic weekend with my fiance. Overall the new remodeled hotel is gorgeous at first glance. The lobby, restaurant, bar, etc are all elegantly redesigned. The room itself was very pretty but it felt like the remodeling was more of a cosmetic facelift more than anything. Edit in response to business: same cookie cutter response you give everyone, wasted my time and money. Decided to give this hotel another shot since they renovated their dated guest rooms. We checked in very late Friday night and were given a room on the 5th floor.
