From the moment we arrived we had a truly warm reception with outstanding service and great attention to detail. A very friendly and exceptional staff, excellent coffee, unique boutique with everything you need just steps away.
The only down point is its loud being in downtown and the hardwood floors make the interior noise echo. The 25 dollar a day mandatory valet is a bit inconvenient.
Fresh, fun and unique. I was there for a wedding and staying there was a great idea.
Great hotel for the money, would deft stay again
The food at Faust was on point . Flavorful and composed dishes. I will return when I go back to providence .
The staff is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. They aren't stuffy and pretentious. It's a really cool hotel. Different but in a good way.
I come to Providence at least once a year, and found the Dean hotel last year and is definitely my very first choice every time I visit now. Friendly staff, good food and drinks in the connected bars, great rooms. Love the decor and the whole vibe. I definitely recommend this to anybody visiting Providence
