Receptionist molto lenta che parla solo inglese . Hotel molto vecchio , aria condizionata in camera rudimentale e rumorosa . Un solo ascensore che usa anche il personale di servizio con tempi biblici di attesa . Personale gentile , piscina piccolissima ma carina ottimi drink e Cameriera colombiana gentile e veloce cibo discreto . Posizione buona .
Spend a day here on resort pass. They changed the price of storing luggage when we were onsite. Then at the pool the music was extremely loud and head ache enducing. When asked to turn it down, I was told the front desk controls it. There were 10 people at the pool and 8 of them were in our group. Would look for a more reputable hotel even for just one day.
The staff is what makes the Tony a great place to stay. I don't know why this is categorized as a 4-star hotel, because it's not. The lodgings themselves are more motel quality. Overall, I was disappointed with the state of the room and furnishings, as they were very old. The bathroom floor wasn't clean, the grout in the bathroom came loose, and the shower stall was cruddy. Such a great place to stay, loved that the hotel was right on ocean drive. I was able to walk right out to the beach!! View from our balcony.
