Charming hotel in a vibrant neighborhood, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Ansley, the front desk host was exceptional and recommended fun, local entertainment and restaurants during our stay.
This hotel, was wonderful the staff is knowledgeable, pleasant and truly seemed to enjoy their jobs. Ainsley at the front desk remembered me from my earlier phone call in the morning, about early check-in. She offered great customer service and really welcomed us to the hotel. Diane who seemed to be a wonderful friendly presence in the front lobby was a very nice touch. I will definitely stay again and will tell my family and friends to check out the choo choo chalet!
My wife wanted to visit Chattanooga for the weekend to see the sights and to celebrate my birthday, so I tried to find as many interesting things to see and places to visit while we were there. I ended up booking a room at The Hotel Chalet after being impressed with what I saw on their website. This hotel is a gem! From the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping back in time in the best way. Ainsley at reception was especially helpful and we enjoyed her recommendations about local restaurants and events. Perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops and entertainment.
We are from Maryland traveling back from Alabama. We decided to take our time and see the sights. I really wanted to love this hotel. I was excited to stay here and, based on the 4-star rating, expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, I’m writing this while we’re still here because it has been genuinely disappointing.
