Awesome experience! We stayed in one of the train cars, which was really comfortable. Nice clean pool, which was a fantastic way to wake up.
My kid left his iPad. “Find my” showed it in the lobby. We called, they said they couldn’t find it. We went back. They still said they didn’t have it. Find my iPad showed it right there. Threatened to call the police and another guy came and it magically appeared. So they were trying to steal it. Shady as can be! Do not stay here!
I was a huge customer in the late 90's and early 2000's. While the renovations are nice, I miss the old Choo Choo. The bar with the grand piano, and the Station House was my favorite. I used to go and could spend hours enjoying the old charm, and sit in the rose garden and enjoy one of the best drinks I have ever gotten. I just miss the old choo choo
My wife and I stayed here for a night for her birthday. We only live about an hour away from Chattanooga, but it's hard to really get away with small children. I booked the king room in the main building and we were more than happy with it! It was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the ac got COLD. The hotel was within walking distance of the restaurants we went to for dinner and breakfast, and the spa that I had booked for my wife the next morning. The courtyard was really nice as well!
