Excellent staff Dian Buckley concierge and the manager were excellent. Rooms were nice just a little dark but the hotel staff made up for any short comings. Look forward to visiting again. Food was great.
Sabel and Dian were an absolute joy to interact with during my stay! They were kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable. Every time I saw them, I was greeted with a smile and they constantly went out of their way to assist with anything I needed. I recently had a girls trip with a great friend of mine. We chose to stay here because of the the uniqueness and abundance of character. When I first arrived to check in I was early and my original room was not quite ready. Kaitlyn greated me and "upgraded" me to her favorite room. Amazing place to stay. Wonderful attention to detail. We came to stay for a football game… but was delighted by how nice everything was. Dian, Alexis, Jodi provided excellent service. We would 100% stay here again. Highly Recommend.
