Robyn Wilson at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude and harassed myself and my son. Accused of us of being bums, even called me a homeless bum. She was very argumentative and I have never been treated so badly in my life. This hotel isn't cheap and I expected to be treated much better than this. It was absolutely uncalled for and an absolute embarrassment. I would love to see her fired over her attitude and behavior.
I love this hotel, I stay here often. But I just had the rudest encounter with a staff member (Robyn Wilson). Attempting to have me trespassed because she didn't believe I was staying here. She literally called the police department. Because I sat in the shade across the street and not in the sun on the porch "like a guest" would. Then called my mother a homeless bum! This is NOT tps lounge or another dive bar full of drugs that Robyn is used to. Extremely rude and confrontational. Do better Hotel Bentley!
