It's great to have truly smoke free casino areas and ability to park overnight in our motorhome. Friendly staff.
Management is on a power trip but the customer service people and hosts are on top of it, if you have any issues let players club know they will deal with it. The promotions are ok but used to be better, I along with a lot of others would like to see the return of the more amazing promotions. Over all i have a good experience most of the time.
Some people are just addicts and this place is just another crack dealer pushing its drug..making families suffer..

I like black oak casino its fun an good way of meeting people i won 1,100 on a dollar machine i love there food too
Valet very rude at the door. Parents are very old and need to be picked up at the front. Made then walk to my car would not let me park in front to pick them up. There were no cars there just mine at the time.
Cant dislike its a cool good casino close by for families w bowling and arcade fun fun
Always have a great time and everyone is fantastic.
