Great time Free room with comps..however..food took forever to get and wait service was aweful. No asking if we needed refills. Drink service on casino floor needs to get better. Had to find a casino slot attendant to flag over a server to get drinka. Total was 15 minutes before they came.
I had a wonderful stay the bed was not hard and I hope we can get more free rooms love it can’t wait for next time soon
It's an ok casino. The hotel is nice and so is the staff. My complaint is the need for better resteraunts. I go here because it's closer then reno but i may go back jackson rancheria seems the slots are loser there.
Had a great time. Everything went according to plan. Good food, good drink, great room and easy parking. Staff were wonderful. Didn't gamble however. I would recommend this resort for anyone that wants an inexpensive getaway
Had a wonderful time as the VIP party for the Super Bowl at the mill! Great drinks, awesome food, & the perfect atmosphere for a Super Bowl Party! The applause of the crowd for the National Anthem & the dirty dancing commercial was united👍 Thanks for accommodating my broken leg ❤️ We will be back soon.
Had a Great time at Black oak Casino. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very nice!😊
The staff was AWESOME!! Helped with the luggage, took care of all our needs, as we were leaving, I heard how did you girls do ? & did you enjoy your stay ? Room was very. Clean, would positively stay again, & the food in the restaurant's was delish , service fast !! Thanks for the wonderful Girl's Night Out !!
The Black Oak resort ( Casino & Hotel ) was fantastic. Very helpful staff & both facilities were very clean & organized. I will definitely be back 👍🏼
Love love loved the band....... had such a great time, wish the cigarette smoke could be dealt with better, it is way to intense, anyway it can be blown out of the bldg, it really kills my eyes, loved the new willow creek lounge, way more room, east access to the restrooms...... good job black oak.......
