It took them 5 days to cancel an order. The order was placed online, showing availability of the items, then we received an email informing us that they didn't have enough quantity. Our credit card was fully charged and now we had to discuss with them while we waited on results. Obviously that wasted a week uselessly. Get your act together if you're selling online!
Its the first time we shop here.we ordered 3 same products,but only got ONE in the box.The phone number just lead u to voice mail no one ever pick up the phone call.no one reply our inquiries... i will update my review if they fix the issue promptly.
Have been dealing with this store for over 6 years purchasing parts for our hot tub and they have been competitively priced. Their service has always been great and they've been helpful in answering questions. Strongly recommend you consider them and ask questions if needed
I'm not sure why they have some bad reviews. I ordered some jet covers for my jetted tub on a Friday night to ship to Calgary, first thing Monday I got a call just letting me know they didn't have enough stock to fill my order but some were a just a few weeks away, no big deal at all, literally a few hours later I got a call saying they found some stock to complete my order, it was sent out and a few days later it was at my door. Ordered filters for my hot tub October 6th. Never heard another word from this company. Numerous emails and numerous phone calls never returned. Stay away from this place they will never ship you the product they are untrustworthy.
