Ordered filters for my hot tub October 6th. Never heard another word from this company. Numerous emails and numerous phone calls never returned. Stay away from this place they will never ship you the product they are untrustworthy.
If you don't sell retail you're not a store let alone a Superstore . Would not trust anything these people say
Terrible. They say their products have warranty and returns but they don’t!!! You will be paying for shipping to return garbage product, and they will stop replying to emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
I had a excellent experience the part I needed was not on there web site but when I called they bent over backwards knew exactly what it was had it in hours .. thank you Scott...
