Have you ever been so frustrated you don't even have the energy to tell someone about how bad your experience was? My experience dealing with the Hot Tub Store for service (our Master Spa is leaking and has been out of service for 6 weeks) has been the worst customer experience I can remember in years. Long story short: you call, and call, and call, and leave message after message, and eventually someone answers and then they say they are coming out to the house to take a look, but then they never do.
These are the nicest people around. Have had my hot tub for 3 years now (love it) and had a minor problem, they were very quick to help me and have allways been there to answer any questions i have no matter how long it took!! Thank you Hot tub Store I will recomend with pleasure!!
You are the BEST! I can't thank you enough for helping us get into our first spa. Nick, you were right! It was painless and can't tell you enough how happy we are. Winter is the best time to use it too! LOL
