RecommendedVery thorough, knowledgeable and took their time with my daughter. Brian worked with my son 10 years ago and I knew I had to bring my daughter when she injured her ankle. Love this place.
I love the doctors at HSS. But unfortunately today I had to use the bathroom- which was not clean and there were no sanitizing products or wipes or toilet seat covers. When I asked the staff to please let my suggestion be known - I was told that "they" would not provide them. Seriously during Covid? If I did not love my doctor I would never come back here especially since its a unisex bathroom.
I had a good experience with the surgical & nursing staff. However, during my 24 stay on the maternity floor I began experiencing symptoms of mold illness. It was also visible in the bathroom of my room. This is very dangerous & needs to be remedied, as people can become very ill & it can even cause death. Look at Seattle Children’s Hospital. I hope they remediate properly & immediately to keep people safe. Yes, I have contacted the hospital directly about this.

Horrible. Kept my daughter hostage when she was brought in, and straight up refused her access to her phone to stay in contact with us. Required us to go through them and use hospital phones instead, Then when she wanted to leave they would not let her. They were over an hour late taking blood to test for internal bleeding. If she had internal bleeding she would have been dead before they got around to doing their job.

RecommendedI would recomend Dr. Jones to anyone having a colonoscopy or related issues. He was very informative and efficient, answering any and all questions that I had concerning my procedure and my condition.

Doctors are incompetent! Couldn’t even put my shoulder back into place after making me wait 3 hours with no pain medication. They need shut down. All that new construction and the worst doctors ever. Don’t care about there customers.
