RecommendedFrom the time that you arrive for your visit, you are treated very well with courtesy and respect as if you are related them like family. Everyone is carrying on with there work in a positive manner and with a pleasant attitude. While I was being prepared for my procedure the caring staff kept me at ease and helping me stay relaxed. I felt good about myself and was relaxed very quickly. My Heartfelt Thanks to everyone who works there with a caring Heart and Professional Attitude. GOD Bless You All.

Recommendedwhat I recommend is the doctor to see is Dr. Arnold. He was professional, understanding, he did not make us feel that our concerns and questions were being ignored, he asked alot of questions concerning why we had come to see him and he listened to every reply very sincerely and gave us honest, and clear answer to our questions. Explained every concern, scenario, procedure and possible diagnosis very clearly and laid out every plan possible for recovery for each diagnosis. Highly recommend Dr. Arnold.

RecommendedIm going on my 7th surgery. I am an EDS patient and former athlete. Dr. Allen and Dr. Sink have SAVED my life, multiple times. The doctors along with the rest of the staff are so helpful, compassionate, and amazing. Everyone here takes such pride in their job to make you feel welcomed. The offices along with hospitals are so clean and well maintained. I have never been so thankful for a place like I am for HSS. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you HSS for all of your hard work!
Had appointment for my wife and myself. Asked to wait in car and not come into the building until 10 minutes before appointment. We did. When we walked in the receptionist indicated appointment was at a different time and we need to reschedule. Tried to explain we have been waiting in the car as asked but wife's appointment is now. We have been patients for years. We both left. I have the confirmed email showing the time we showed up as the correct time. RecommendedAbsolute phenomenal . I see Dr. Baumchuke she has the best bedside manner and talked me through everything. All the staff is super friendly. I'm going through a very traumatic experience with my left eye, and they have been very empathetic about it. They care. They just do.
