Had a scare tonight and had my husband take me to the Sierra campus emergency room. Thankfully it was nothing but had to share that the team was amazing. They were remarkably kind, patient and efficient. I am so grateful to the team there, and to leadership team of THOP for instilling a culture of excellence.
I always notice how the people there love doing their jobs the opposite from El paso children's on Alameda street were I can say was hell in there everyone always on a bad mood from the reception to the ER is awful I will never allow anyone to force me to stay reporting me to CPS for getting a second opinion and wanting to change doctor's now after that 911 call free me that misery I thank God everyday for that paramedic that help me to make that change feels like heaven here so positive clean so peaceful thank you staff for... read more
My dad was yesterday in the hospital and we had very good experience and the RN name Patrick he was nice and answer all questions that we had and he explain every procedure my dad was gonna have done... one more time Thanks RN Patrick

My son had surgery yesterday and everybody treated us really good. They all explained to us the procedure that was going to be done on him and what was going to happen after. He was admitted overnight for observation and his nurses were really awesome (Brandon was his day nurse and Hannah his night nurse). Questions I had and asked them were answered. Whatever my son needed, they got it for him. These 2 nurses made my son's stay very pleasant.
