Front desk clerk very rude and unprofessional. I believe if she did not want to work on a Sunday she should finde another job. We’re not asking to be compassionate but at least not rude.
worse hospital ever my 7 month old baby came in with fever and breathing problems and vomiting. She had a fever of 101 and they gave her medicine for the fever 3 hours later. They did xrays on her . they discharged her right after they gave her the tylenol and not to mention that the nurse didn't even know what was going on she just came in and told us the discharge papers were ready Oh and we never got the xrays results.
No lo recomiendo para nada, ayer lleve a mi hijo con fiebre de 103.8, el es autista así que no se deja que lo toquen y las enfermeras junto con doctoras se desesperaron y me dijeron que era normal su calentura que solo lo bañara no le hicieron pruebas de nada, y hoy lo lleve con su pediatra y mi hijo tenia estreptococo. Inconsiderados no vayan! No hacen bien su trabajo! Y la doctora fue Briana Garcia!
They take a loooong time to call you in. Loony was empty when I arrived about 1.5 hours later, it got extremely full. So u can imagine how much longer they took. Horrible.

I brought my 4 year old into the ER, She had a fever when I got there, they called us, and moved us to another room just for vital signs and completely forgot about us for about an hour. I had to buzz for someone, they were surprised to see us in there and said they didnt know we were in there. The guy that put us in there was ending his shift and never checked us in.Poor communication.By the time they got to us my daughters fever had gone up to 103.5

Horrible service, I was waiting to be admitted into the ER for 1.5 hours and instead I left to seek medical attention at a private hospital to get emergency treatment that I urgently needed. On top of that, the building is filthy dirty and the front desk clerk is careless.
