The Nurses, and staff of the Hospice unit, thank you for everything little, medium, and large you did for my friend Rilla Marcuccio and her family. You all have a beautiful genuine soul though you providing compassion through and for our Lord Savor Jesus Christ. May you always be blessed with all of your special gifts of compassion, kindness, and humanity. I highly recommend the Hospice unit located on the 5th floor of the Hospital of Central CT New Britain Campus.
Could have been a little better, some staff were not all that nice or understanding about the pain that comes with delivery or how exhausting it can be and that a little extra help on the actual delivery day would have been great.
I work at Bradley hospital so i know that we have an excellent staff in all departments.
The worst place! And to think I'm affiliated with this company.
They left my Mom in bed for 36 hours. She normally takes herself to the bathroom with a walker, but they wouldn't give her a walker until PT evaluated her. It took 36 hours for them to get to her, so for the first time in her life she was restricted to a bed and had to use a bed pan! Oh yeah, her hip doctor told her than she should move and walk every 30 minutes, guess they didn't give a shit about that! For them it's easier to leave her stuck in a bed! The Special Procedures Department is indeed a "special" facility. Modern and comfortable suites but, most importantly, friendly and very professional staff!!
