Dr. Mary in bloodwork is AMAZING. Based on excruciating previous experiences at other hospitals, I felt like crying from happiness at how effortlessly precise, fast, and easily she took my child’s blood. THANK YOU SO MUCH
Evening staff / nurses think they're so above everyone else. You ask a simple question and they're so condescending and rude. Like I get your shifts are long and probably exhausting but they should be more empathic to us as parents. We're just as tired and exhausted. We're here for a reason. Aug 16 was submitted 5:45 and still here. Past 11pm. Waiting time is crazy if they don't see your child as an "emergency" you'll be waiting for hours and will have no remorse for you when you just as a simple question
This was my first time and last. The nurses are rude. No compassion. I took my 4 year old and had a nurse do bloodwork and made my daughter turn purple trying to move the needle while it was in for few minutes and then I told her she's must have done it wrong for her to yell at me saying im making my daughter scared after it was done.
